Assistance & Introductions
After you’ve been greeted, a member of our team will ask about the purpose of your visit – is this a walk-in visit or do you have an appointment? If you made an appointment in advance, you’ll be taken directly to your stylist. If you arrived as a walk-in, we’ll introduce you to the stylists who are available at that time.
Choosing the Right Style
Once you’ve settled in the stylist’s chair, we can get down to business – what sort of style are you looking for? Do you want lemonade braids, corn rows, micro braids, kinky twists, or do you have something else in mind?
If you know exactly what you want, now is the time to let your stylist know. You can even bring in a picture if you’d like to show the stylist the exact style you’re after.

Discuss the Price
At Ramas, there are no unpleasant surprises about the cost of braiding – the stylist will let you know how much you can expect to pay as soon as you’ve chosen your style. Payment is due in full at the end of the appointment once you’re completely satisfied with the work.
The Styling Process
You might want to make yourself comfortable – depending upon the complexity of the style, braiding can take a considerable amount of time. If you have a limited amount of time available, be sure to let our team members know; there might be a free stylist or two who can come over to help move the process along at a quicker pace, if necessary.

Paying for Styling Services
When your braids are done, it’s time to pay – but only once you’re completely satisfied with your style. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash as forms of payment. Tips are always welcomed by our staff as a show of appreciation for their excellent service.
